Google Drive & Data Access
Do you access my entire Google Drive?
No. Data2Bids only accesses the specific folders that you explicitly share with us. We never scan or read your entire Google Drive.
Do you modify or delete files from my Drive?
No. Data2Bids operates in read-only mode. We never modify, delete, or overwrite your documents.
What permissions does Data2Bids request in Google Drive?
Only the minimum required to read the specific folder you select. We do not request global access to your Drive.
Security & Privacy
Is my data shared with anyone?
No. Your documents are processed securely and are never shared with third parties without your explicit authorization.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. All connections use HTTPS/SSL, and stored data is protected with industry-standard encryption.
Document Processing
What document types can Data2Bids read?
We support: PDF; Office (DOCX/DOC/ODT/RTF, XLSX/XLS/ODS, PPTX); text (TXT/CSV/TSV/MD/JSON/XML/HTML); and images (JPG/JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, BMP, TIF/TIFF, HEIC/HEIF). Google Docs/Sheets/Slides are supported via automatic export to these formats. Audio/video files are not supported.
Can Data2Bids process large folders with many files?
Yes. Folders with hundreds or even thousands of files can be processed. Performance depends on file size and complexity.
AI Bid Finder
How does the AI Bid Finder work?
The system reads bidding portals you select, analyzes the opportunities, and recommends the ones that match your company's specialties and historical work.
What sources of bids does Data2Bids analyze?
Only the sources you explicitly authorize or connect. We do not browse unspecified sites.
How does Data2Bids know which bids to recommend?
Based on your company profile, specialties, past projects, uploaded history, and the criteria you define.
AI Limitations
What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
AI answers may contain errors or omissions. Always verify results before making critical decisions.
Billing & Subscriptions
How is billing handled?
All payments are processed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Refunds comply with Stripe's policies.
Do I get a free trial?
Yes. You can try all core features for 15 days with no commitment.
What happens after my free trial expires?
You will need to choose a subscription plan to continue using the system.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time.
Account & Data Deletion
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You may request deletion of all stored project data at any time.
What happens if I cancel my account?
All your project data and processed files will be permanently deleted according to our retention policy.
